The AD MM 3 system requires a specific crossover. This three way network perfectly blends the MM speakers together, thanks to an unconventional technical solution, at least in the car audio field, consisting in a serie-parallel hybrid solution. The midwoofer and the tweeter are connected in parallel, and the midrange in serie to the midwoofer. This kind of connection allows this filter to be used also with some other AD speaker.
